  1. What method of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard only.  We will call you for your credit card number.   NO C.O.D.

  2. Do you extend credit terms?

    First order is Visa or MasterCard only.  For customers wishing to establish terms for their succeeding orders, we provide terms of net 30 days upon credit approval.  We should be furnished with the complete names, addresses, phone and fax numbers of, at least, three trade references.

  3. Is shipping included in the item’s price?

    No, the actual shipping cost will be added on to your invoice.

  4. How much is shipping?

    Shipping charges will vary depending on the number of boxes used, the total weight of the shipment, the zone you're in (meaning, distance from our place to yours), and your shipping address (be it commercial, residential, or rural). There is no definitive answer, until we are done packing your order. Please inform us if you are concerned about your shipping costs and we will call you for the actual shipping charges once your order is packed.


  5. How do you ship?

    We use FedEx Ground (formerly RPS).  If you prefer another shipping company, just let us know.

  6. What is your minimum?

    Our minimum is $100 per purchase.  On most items, we do not have a quantity minimum, except for baskets that are stringed or bundled together.

  7. What are your business hours?

    We are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

  8. Do you have an 800 telephone number?

    Yes, it is (800) 978-BASKet (2275). You can find it in every page of this site.

  9. Are you open to the public (retail)?

    No, we are strictly in the wholesale business only.

  10. What are your requirements to purchase?

    We require a valid seller’s permit or resale number.  This is especially required for California-based customers.  We also need your Federal Identification Number, if you have one.

  11. How soon do you ship orders?

    We ship all orders received as soon as possible.  If there is any problem, we will call and let you know.

  12. Do you give volume discounts?

    Yes, on a case-to-case basis.  Just call us for more information.

  13. Do you have a products’  catalog and price list?

    Our online catalog features all the items on our printed catalog.  However, if you need our printed catalog, just let us know and we will send you one.

  14.  Where is Harbor City, CALIFORNIA?

    Harbor City is in Southern California near the cities of Long Beach, San Pedro, and Torrance.  It is approximately 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
