& Conditions
- Minimum order is $100.00. A $10.00
service charge will be assessed for all orders below the $100.00
minimum.
- All prices reflected are WHOLESALE,
F.O.B. our warehouse, Harbor City, California.
- Prices are subject to change without
notice.
- We require a valid resale number from
California customers.
- For security reasons, WE WILL CALL YOU
for your credit card number when confirming your order. We accept VISA
and MASTERCARD only or C.I.A. (cash-in-advance). ABSOLUTELY NO C.O.D.
- First order is VISA or MASTERCARD only.
Accounts wishing to establish terms for succeeding orders must furnish
us with their resale number and the complete names, addresses, phone
and fax numbers of three trade references. If you are listed with Dun
& Bradstreet (D&B), please inform us of your listed name and
D&B number.
- Terms are net 30 days to established
accounts. Interest of 1 1/2% per month will be levied on past due
accounts.
- Shipping charges will be added to your
invoice.
- When ordering, please use our
corresponding item numbers, prices, and units as listed. Sets must be
ordered in sets.
- Due to the nature of handicrafts, all
measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. No two pieces are
exactly alike. Sizes depicted if in sets represent the largest sizes.
All measurements shown are in inches.
- Since we are dealing with items mostly
made by natural materials, with some eventually being lacquered,
painted, etc., colors of the items shown in this catalog may vary
slightly.
- All claims for damages should be filed
with the delivering carrier.
- Please inspect shipment and inform us
immediately of any problems as no merchandise can be returned without
our prior authorization and confirmation. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES
AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE INVOICE DATE. A 20% re-stocking fee will be
assessed for all returns of merchandise.
